Jeremiah Wager

APEX Health Services is pleased to announce that Jeremiah Wager has rejoined our organization as Vice President of Business Development.

Jeremiah brings extensive healthcare and business development experience, with a strong track record of driving census growth, strengthening referral partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives that support both clinical excellence and financial performance. Most recently, he served as an Area Sales Manager, where he led multi-site sales operations, developed strategic growth plans, and expanded key partnerships in the post-acute care arena.

Jeremiah is known for combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration across clinical and operational teams, and maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

We are excited to welcome Jeremiah back to the APEX team and look forward to the impact his leadership will have on our continued growth and mission.
