Ahmad Zayed

With a solid foundation in end-of-life care, Mr. Zayed joined APEX Hospice and Palliative Care  as an on-call nurse, a driving force behind the quality of services.   Subsequently, Ahmad was elevated to Clinical Supervisor and then in 2023 he was named Director of Clinical Operations for Hospice.  Mr. Zayed epitomizes a consummate professional, infusing his role as Director of Clinical Operations at APEX with a rich experience and unwavering commitment. Upon commencing his journey with APEX, Mr. Zayed has meticulously cultivated his clinical expertise and leadership.  He has been instrumental in the growth and development of our agency.   Mr. Zayed is innovative, passionate, and organized nurse leader. Especially skilled with patient satisfaction, employee engagement, quality metrics, and safety initiatives. His focus on  building effective and productive relationships between all members of the hospice team, has enhanced the quality of care and focus on the “patient first” theory, first established by our Founders.  Mr. Zayed provides strong clinical leadership; a comprehensive approach and implementation plans for clinical processes.
