Dr. Soria holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Med) and earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. She is ECFMG-certified, confirming her qualifications to practice medicine in the United States. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Coder — Apprentice (CPC-A), reflecting her expertise in medical coding and healthcare documentation.

With over 20 years of dedicated service, Ms. Soria has been an integral part of the agency’s growth and success. Beginning her career in Quality Assurance, she quickly demonstrated a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, patient-centered care, and clinical excellence — leading her into her current role as Home Health Administrator.

Under her leadership, the agency has significantly expanded its market presence, achieving market saturation in key service areas. Her strategic focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes has led to substantial improvements in HCAHPS scores and the agency's recognition twice for the top 500 nationwide for Home Care Elite, a status awarded to agencies that demonstrate excellence in quality outcomes, patient experience, and financial performance.
